Questions & Terms

If it rains on your scheduled day, you get a full reschedule credit — no questions asked. We'll work with you to find the next available slot. Safety first.
Any public or private court in the Vancouver, WA area that allows ball machines. Most public parks are fine — just check posted rules. If you're unsure, send me the court name and I'll confirm.
Never aim the machine at people. Keep children and pets away from the feed zone. Supervise the machine at all times during your session. I'll walk you through the controls at drop-off.
A small refundable deposit or card hold may be required for first-time renters. You're responsible for the machine during your session — normal wear is expected, but damage from misuse may incur a fee.
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Less than 24 hours? We'll reschedule you to another date at no extra cost. No-shows are non-refundable.
Just your racquet, water, and court shoes. We provide the fully charged machine and fresh pressurized balls. Sunscreen recommended for outdoor sessions.
We deliver within approximately 25 minutes of Vancouver, WA (near 98682). This covers most of Clark County including Camas, Washougal, and parts of Portland metro.
Need more than 2 hours? Reach out and we can work out extended session pricing. The machine battery lasts 4+ hours, so longer sessions are absolutely doable.
